XK-DJJC1 type advanced AC/DC motor testing practice training table1 Overview This training table can complete testing, teaching demonstrate and practical operation training on mechanical characteristic and electrical characteristic of two kinds of motor: DC motor and three-phase asynchronous motor. By equipping with advanced detection and control method, the system can do quantitative analysis to all kinds of running way and can collect all kinds of parameters on motor running. Students can accomplish display of collecting data, system control, loading control, DC speed-regulation control by an embedded touch screen computer. Breaking away personal computer, it can work independently besides its function of development or loading of configuration project. 2 Technical data 1) Power supply: three-phase AC 380V power, five-wire joining up. 2) Be equipped with a touch screen based on WinCE operation system and inserting configuration HMIBuilder. 3) Communication interface between communication device is RS-485 interface. 4) Triad structure. The whole dimension is: Length*Width*Height=1250*600*1200(mm) The operation platform can be divided into four parts: Human-computer interface operation panel and distributing board. Motor driving device Experiment operation platform 5 The practice training table is made up of aluminum profile and high density board waterproof, fireproof and wareproof. 6 Distribution board uses fireproof high density board as the lineback board, each module, sensor and circuit is all protected by transparent PMMC, and the shell of the touch screen is made up of mirror finished stainless steel. 7 AC/DC motor driving practice training equipment is equipped with dynamic torque sensor, tachogenerator, magnetic powder braker and shield. 3 Function 1) AC motor: no-load run, no load characteristic curve measure, mechanical characteristic curve measure, efficiency measure, rotate speed measure, locked rotor experiment. 2) DC motor: no-load characteristic experiment, characteristic curve measure, loading experiment, motor speed regulation experiment, efficiency measure, rotate speed measure 3) To know and apply related low-voltage apparatus, sensor and detection module. 4) To develop and apply of inserting touch screen based on WinCE and HMIBUILDE configuration software.
